About Sarah
Having graduated with multiple degrees focused on teaching my students and helping them succeed, I still decided I wasn't doing enough, so I got certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach to help my students rise to any challenge they set for themselves. I am also a lover of all things fluffy and cute!

I teach multiple styles of dance with a focus on ballet and pointe work. I teach pre-pointe as well. I also specialize in flexibility and strength training for dancers of all ages as well as dance fitness for teens and adults.
