I'm a gifted, motivated teacher who likes to make learning fun. Homework is essential so that you can increase your signing and receptive skills quickly. I like to teach by a signing-only method; however, sometimes, it is good to explain or clarify in English so that we can move forward. I'm happy to adapt to what learning style best suits you.

I love teaching ASL! I'm also a CODA with many years as a certified national medical interpreter. The fastest and best way to learn to sign and develop your receptive skills is by immersion/active engagement with the Deaf. Tutoring will enable you with the tools to confidently interact in ASL. If you are a struggling student, I will assess your skill-set and get you up to speed.
