About Savanah
I graduated from The University of Nebraska Lincoln with a 3.9 GPA while also being a student athlete. I then went on to play professional soccer until this past July. Since then, I've been working as a medical assistant in an orthopedic clinic, and am in the application process of Physician's Assistant school.

Biological sciences are the key to life! After obtaining my bachelors degree, I used my education to fuel my performance as a professional athlete. Now that my career in soccer is coming to an end, I am returning to school to further my education and become a Physicians Assistant. Biology, Anatomy and Physiology are the educational building blocks to explain how we live every day. I want to challenge my students to think outside the box. In learning there is a component of memorization but I want to focus on the understanding. Not just how something works but why.
