About Stela Mihaela
I'm a marketer but I work at the gym for 6 years. I am 24 years old. I have been giving private lessons since 2015. For 5 years I offered lessons to my colleagues from the University and from the gym, teaching a lot of people the necessary things to live healthy and do the right sport, with which I still work. Now they have changed their lives, no longer have problems with weight, and have learned to have a proper diet.
