About Amanda
I have tutored both French and Geography as a university student. Since graduation, I have taught Public Speaking and worked as a GIS Specialist. I have also worked as a barista for a number of years, as I really enjoy coffee and people. In my experience working with students, I find it helpful to listen to what they need from a session and guide them through their studies. It is not about the tutor telling the student what to do, but rather working together so the student can achieve success. I find that students really appreciate my approach and gain confidence in their work along the way. This leads to continued success in their academics overall. My hobbies include reading, spending time with animals, coffee, travel, and ballet.
