About Oghenefejiro
I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, an MSC student of Sports and Exercise nutrition. I studied Nutrition and Dietetics at my Undergraduate Level, I have been a clinical Nutritionist for 2 years beforei becamea Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist. I love baking, cooking, food experimenting, talkiing about Nutrition, travelling and playing badminton. I am a Christian, my best holidays are Christmas and New year.

I have loved nutrition ever since I was young and have always wanted to get involved in it. Nutrition is study that involves different nutrients found in food, Looking around our environment we can be able to identify various nutrients based on their food sources. This Lesson is going to involve various methods of teaching including the use of different aids to ease remberance . The World of Nutrition is a Beautiful one and you will experience every part of it during this Lesson.
