I am a graduate teacher, recently completing my Masters of Teaching from QUT in 2022. Teaching areas (speciality) are Biology and English from years 7-12.

About Aya
Prior to teaching, I completed a Bachelor of Justice (criminology) and have studied a year of a Bachelor of Science (biology). I then went to finish my studies at QUT and completed my Masters of Teaching and specialise in secondary students.
I was born and raised in Cairns, QLD with a Japanese mother and Spanish father. My strengths include communicating with students from diverse backgrounds, and providing holistic teaching across all junior subjects.

I have flexible lesson lengths but prefer tutoring lessons to be between 1-1.5 hours.
Previous tutoring experience for a number of years with students from St Margaret's Anglican Girls School.
I cater tutoring to match student's levels and assist with planning, drafting assignments.
