About Hania
My name is Hania. I have been associated with yoga and a healthy lifestyle for a long time.
I started my adventure with becoming a technician as a masseuse. The change in lifestyle and irregular eating made me gain a few large pounds and this is what forced me to go to the gym.
Pure curiosity drove me to yoga. And since then, yoga has been with me all the time.
It was only after several years of training that I found the courage to become a certified yoga teacher.
I learned from the best at the Balinese school.
Now I want to share this knowledge!

I teach vinyasa yoga for beginners and intermediate people.
I give individual lessons tailored to the needs of students.
Customized individual lessons based on the Ayurvedic personality test.
Working with the chakras.
Lessons from 60 to 90 minutes (to be agreed).
Online group lessons - 60 minutes on Mondays and Thursdays from 20.00
