About Chris
Recently graduating from Berklee, I am in the pool of emerging artist trying to find both a unique voice and a place within the musical community to earn a living doing what I have a passion for; making music. During my time at Berklee, I was transitioned to online classes for a few semesters due to the spread of Covid. This experience has led me to having an understanding of online education and the programs needed to have an adequate student-teacher relationship.
Currently, I’m writing classical and jazz works with varied instrumentation from the orchestra, Big band, to smaller ensembles.

Tutoring will be geared towards the students interest with the most effective way of learning being the work of composing real music. During class we will review your work and discuss concepts related to composition, theory, or songwriting that will influence the work you’ll write for the next lesson.
I work primarily through Finale, but I’m open to other programs such as Musescore, Sibelius, or even handwritten scores.
