About Jair
My name is Jair Ballesteros. I am 25 years old. I am Colombian. I have a degree in foreign languages English and French. I have worked for about a year giving virtual classes to students between 11 and 15 years old and developed 3 months as an English teacher in a school with students from eighth, ninth and fifth grade. one of my strengths is motivating students to continue learning foreign languages for which I quickly gain their trust.
I would like to work as an English tutor or teacher as well as in the Spanish language given that it is my native language. I decided to work in a virtual way since it is easier and safer for me to earn some money.

The strategy for my classes is basically based on the methodology TBL means task-based learning focused on the development of tasks to then obtain good results through a product which is the final work. so, this is based on a task sequence: pre-task, while-task, and post-task adding that the lessons count with creative, interactive, and attractive material for the students to have fun while learning.
