About Adrián
I am a graduate of INEF with a Master of Physical Activity. I adapt my workouts or private classes according to the objectives, age and physical condition of each person, always achieving a remarkable improvement. I am a personal trainer since 2015 and TRX monitor, estretching (stretching), GAP, indoor cycle and body pump. I have also been a fitness room monitor for several years.

My training methods are based mostly on the use of one's own body, with self-loads, although sometimes, depending on the objectives, it is essential to use a machine or weigh. I adapt to the schedules, they can be flexible whenever possible (so as not to break the pace of work to achieve the client's goal) and we can work outdoors. Generally I have the necessary material for it.
