About Venice
My name is Venice Billia and I am a teacher, writer and theatre creative based in London. I went to school in Greece, where I was born and raised, and living in the UK to continue my education and career whilst being an immigrant has helped me adapt to different situations, work with different kinds of people and bring my unique perspective on my work. While my main passion is theatre and literature, I would love to share that passion with my students, while also helping them advance in their education.

Specialising in classical literature and creative writing, my main priority is to encourage and enable critical thinking through reading and analysing text, and help students form their own opinions and develop a strong critical voice. I am also able to teach the basic structures of storytelling and creative development of ideas. I am greatly interested in helping students finding the joy I have found in literature and creative writing through my methods.
