About Yashira

About Me: Your English Tutor & Learning Guide

Hi, I’m Sadiya—a friendly, patient, and passionate tutor who believes that every child can grow in confidence and skill when given the right support and encouragement.

Who I Am:
I’m a recent BBA graduate with strong foundations in English and communication. More than that, I’m someone who truly enjoys connecting with young learners—understanding their struggles, celebrating their progress, and helping them discover the joy in learning.

Why I Teach:
I chose to teach because I’ve seen how a little guidance and patience can change the way a student feels about a subject—and even about themselves.
English isn’t just a subject to me—it’s a way to express ideas, build confidence, and open doors. I want to help my students not only improve their grades but also believe in their own abilities and find their own voice.

My Goal for You:
In my class, we don’t just study. We explore, ask questions, play with words, and build skills step-by-step in a safe and encouraging space. Whether you’re struggling with grammar, writing, or speaking—I’m here to walk with you, cheer you on, and make sure learning feels fun, not scary.

Let’s grow together—one word, one sentence, one conversation at a time.

About the lesson

My Tutoring Approach & Methodology

I believe learning should be interactive, confidence-building, and tailored to each child's unique pace and style. My approach focuses on creating a positive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable participating, asking questions, and making mistakes—because that’s how real learning happens.

Teaching Techniques & Methods

· Personalized Learning Plans: Each lesson is customized based on the student’s current level, interests, and goals.
· Interactive & Engaging Activities: I use games, storytelling, visuals, and digital tools to make grammar, vocabulary, and reading fun.
· Real-Life Application: Lessons connect English skills to everyday situations—helping students communicate confidently in real contexts.
· Progress Tracking: Regular quizzes, feedback sessions, and informal assessments help track improvement and adjust teaching methods as needed.
· Encouragement-Focused: I emphasize positive reinforcement to build confidence and a love for learning.

Typical Lesson Length

Each session runs for 1 to 2 hours, depending on the student’s age, attention span, and learning objectives. This allows enough time for warm-up, instruction, practice, and review—without overwhelming the student.

My Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor of Business Administration with a strong academic background in English.
· 6+ years of experience working closely with children in both educational and informal settings.
· Hands-on experience in communication, mentoring, and skill-building activities with young learners.
· Patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping kids thrive.

Who I Teach

I specialize in teaching children below 8th grade (ages 6–13), including:

· Beginner to Intermediate levels
· Primary & Middle School students
· Students who need help with:
· English grammar & writing
· Reading comprehension
· Spoken English & pronunciation
· Homework support & exam preparation
