I'm going to do a master's degree and that brings me even closer to the art of teaching. In my training sessions I always worry about the state my student/client is in. I try to perform activities that seek to improve cardiorespiratory conditioning, strength, endurance and mobility/flexibility. Always taking into account if my student/client is ok to do the exercise session, if he is not 100%, I make adaptations for the best possible experience.
