Working in the telecom sector for years I have noticed that one unfortunate thing keeps coming back: The seniors who have difficulty understanding the latest software & devices. Often they also have no one to help them with this. (Grandchildren don't have time, children live too far away, etc.) That's why I want to do my part. :) A patient, but clear approach, where you don't get overloaded with technical jargon.
