I have been coaching for five years now, giving instruction to athletes ranging from all levels of ability and experiences. I have coached athletes to numerous personal best times and regional titles. I have around 10 years of experience with running and have achieved national and international success.

I like to coach in a manner which gives an individualised approach to each athlete based on their personal goals. Each training plan/class will be tailored to individuals work schedules, injury history, motivation, and their strengths and weaknesses. I take a holistic approach to running which aims to go further than just simply running- strength and conditioning, technique drills, and stretching among other things will be utilized.
