About Lin
INTRODUCING YOGA INTO MY LIFE ... gave me the opportunity to forget for a moment everything that was happening around me and to reconnect with myself, my body and my intentions, as I had the desire to pass this experience on to others I became a teacher. In 2017 I completed my teacher training course at “A 1000 Yoga Academy” and since then I have been teaching different types of yoga, such as Dynamic Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, Yoga Nidra, Breath work and chair yoga.
