About AhmadR
I am a women development trainer and coach, and the founder of She Rises. My journey spans more than 30 years in communication, advertising, marketing, film, events and corporate training, where storytelling and connecting with people have always been at the heart of my work.
I teach because I believe many women spend so much of their lives fulfilling roles and meeting expectations that they sometimes lose touch with themselves—their voice, values, confidence and dreams. I want to create a space where women can pause, reflect, rediscover who they are and reconnect with their inner strength.
My teaching is rooted in real-life experiences, honest conversations, storytelling and practical reflection. I don't believe in telling women who they should become. I believe in helping them discover what already exists within them and giving them the confidence to express it.
Through my work, I hope to help women become more self-aware, trust themselves, honor their values and make choices that feel authentic to who they are. Ultimately, I teach because I want women to know that it is never too late to come home to themselves, reclaim their voice and rise as who they truly are.
