About Maxine
"Do you often feel tension trapped in your shoulders or tightness in your lower back? Helping beginners, adults, and seniors find ease in their movement is how I spend my time. I rely on my Diploma in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA to ground my approach.
These 6 years of practice have shown me how to listen to the body. Providing support to many individuals remains the highlight of my professional life. I enjoy watching students discover a quieter mind through gentle movement."
