I want to teach guitar because it is very inspiring seeing musicians grow and achieve what they didn't think was possible on the instrument. Learning an instrument can be a very rewarding prospect. All you have to do is give it a chance and practice.

With 15 years of experience of playing guitar, I studied music at college gaining a distinction level qualification. I have a great passion in music and would like to get you to a great playing standard and to be comfortable with your instrument. Lessons will be an hour long where you can choose what you would like to learn, whether it be theory or to learn songs, gain confidence with the instrument you choose.

Perfect! Very good step by step instruction and demonstration. In the first five lessons John taught a complete novice how to perform two tunes. I would highly recommend John.
- John did great, worked hard on chords, new scales, a few songs here and there. Great determination sure he will succeed in tbe future with playing the guitar.John's response :
