About Jin
A passionate Guitarist, my goal is to help students develop a genuine relationship with the instrument. While learning songs is important, I believe the real goal of learning guitar is to understand music and eventually make the instrument feel like an extension of yourself.
Outside of music, I also train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Martial arts has taught me a lot about discipline, patience, and continuous improvement. Both music and martial arts are long journeys, and they have shaped the way I approach learning and teaching.
Ultimately, my goal as a teacher is simple, to help people enjoy the process of learning guitar and to guide them toward becoming the kind of musician they want to be.
Whether you’re picking up the guitar for the first time or looking to take your playing to the next level, I’m here to help you grow as a musician.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s level and goals. Beginners will learn strong fundamentals such as chords, rhythm, and proper technique, while intermediate players will work on improving their musicality, phrasing, and overall expression. I also guide students in understanding how music works, so they can go beyond just memorising songs and actually feel what they are playing.

I joined Jin’s guitar lessons at the start of the year as a complete beginner. He explains everything simply and is encouraging despite my many mistakes.
