About Ryan
I’m a 28-year-old guitarist with a grade 8 guitar qualification who has been playing and recording music since my teenage years. I’ve played in various bands and in venues in London. After moving to Melbourne two years ago, I’ve continued to pursue my passion for music and set up my own recording studio. Tutoring has always been something I find immensely rewarding, ever since I worked as a subject tutor during university. For the last few years, I've combined that with my longest-held passion, the guitar - teaching students both in the UK and here in Australia. Can't wait to share it with you!

With over 15 years of experience and a Grade 8 in guitar, I offer fun, engaging lessons tailored to your style, whether you're into rock, pop, indie, or metal.
Together, we'll cover everything from chords and scales to solo techniques; depending on what music you want to play. Of course I can teach you all your favorites, but I'll also introduce music theory in a way that's easy to grasp, so you can apply it during your own practice and become a more confident, independent guitarist.
Lessons are flexible, lasting between 1 and 2 hours, and you can either visit me in my fully equipped recording studio or I can come to you.
I look forward to seeing you headline Glastonbury in 10 years!
