About Daria
Harvard Certified in Happiness Management. Domestic Violence Survivor. I have been practicing yoga since I could walk. It was intrinsic, natural and native to me. Stretching, releasing and breathing out what wasn't serving me, and inhaling in my intention. I started my yoga teacher journey after having my 3rd daughter. I did it for myself, and upon completion realized it had nothing to do with me, and everything to do with serving. A magical moment was had. I dedicate my practice to my students and to those on the path to discovering the powers of yoga. I am a domestic violence survivor, and turned to yoga during challenging times for release and healing. The movement along with breath work was so helpful during the time of active abuse. It was a lovely and healthy coping mechanism that gave me the strength to push through.
