About Catherine
Yoga has been a part of Catherine’s life for over a decade. What began as an exploration of a new “sport” soon evolved into a transformative practice that brought strength, flexibility, and deeper self-awareness.
Inspired by the benefits yoga offered to her, Catherine embraced teaching as a way to share its gifts. She believes she will always remain a student of yoga, carrying forward the loving wisdom imparted by her teachers with gratitude and intention.
Catherine has experience teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, guiding students through practices that balance strength, flow, and stillness. Catherine creates uplifting classes that encourage students to explore movement, alignment, cultivate balance and connect with their inner self.

Mandarin
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that focuses on long-held, passive poses designed to gently target the deeper connective tissues: fascia, ligaments, and joints.
Different to dynamic styles of yoga, Yin invites you to soften into each posture and remain there for 3–5 minutes, allowing the body to gradually release tension while the mind settles into stillness. The practice is supported with props such as bolsters and blocks, making it accessible and deeply nourishing.
