About Rebecca
I'm a certified practitioner of Yoga, Life Coaching, Reiki, Sound Healing & Aromatherapy Oil Blending with over 8 years' experience and 5* google reviews. I have taught across Asia and Europe, I am now based in the UK.
My goal is to share these practices and help people improve their daily lives and self-connection through personalised guided sessions.
Prior to full-time teaching, I spent 10 years in the corporate world, working on finance & engineering projects giving me an in-depth understanding of the demands this world can put on you, and how these practices can help you.

My private lessons will be supportive and fun, leaving you feeling better than when we started. The 60-minute yoga classes will include a short meditation & pranayama practice followed by asana practice (postures and sequences). Each lesson will be a personalised session to your individual ability and will focus on the areas you want to improve. We can work towards specific goals with your strength, flexibility or mind/body connection.
