About Pritesh
I am a mechanical engineer by Academic and very much interested and curious to know about our body, mind and its principles. This led me to come in contact with Yog since very long time. Since then I have been enjoying this part of life and still learning everyday. After that I have been appointed as a yoga coach for my region by the government and also I have been to many primary and secondary schools to teach and share yoga and its benifits. I have taken lactures in many corporate companies for their senior staff for office yoga . I have been teaching yoga since past 8+ years.
I am doing my master's in Yogic Art and Science and wish to complete my PHD in coming future.
