I use examples or case law to base my teaching with the Facts, Issue, Rules,Application and Conclusion. I explain each step carefully and methodically and logically to the student.
I used to teach Legal Research and Methodology to law students and was the Course Coordinator so am very aware of what it would take for you to produce the best answers and how to map out your thought processes.
