I am kanoj kumar prasad retired physical director in the ANDHRAPRADESH residential educational institutions of society of Hyderabad. I successfully completed 36 of my service in my faculty. I got district and state awards n the physical education as best physical director both in education as well as education.

The class is divided into 30 min. Three sessions first history and the nature which poses of the animal or bird the asana is embedded. How it cam be performed. Second session demonstration abou the asana. The posture,the effects of the Asana on the humen posture and the health benefits and prevention of some of the Wellness of the humen body. Third stage precautions and preventions of the posture and wellness of the body.
