I have been practising yoga throughout my adult life and it has been my one constant as I have lived through corporate London life and various mental health struggles. I want to share my passion, commitment and knowledge with others, offering the support and stability to students that I have found within the tradition.

I have ten years of experience teaching yoga in a therapeutic and physical context. I combine my experience studying in Dharamsala and Rishikesh, two of India’s yoga centres with over a decade of practice with some of London’s most renowned teachers. I tailor classes to individual requirements, incorporating pranayama and meditation with advanced or more relaxing asana. I am experienced giving powerful adjustments to support students to reach their full potential, always within a safe range of motion. Private or small groups online or in person.
