About Parsa
I've been in investment banking for the past 9 years with BNP Paribas. I've adopted several different roles, which have included large oversees teams. I've been part of the leaders for tomorrow program which only a select few every year are selected.
Academically, I've got a BSc in Economics from the University of Reading, a MSc in Sports Management from Birkbeck University of London and an MBA from Imperial College Business School.

I've worked for BNP Paribas for 9 years now in varying roles within the Client Management department. I have managed large teams stretched across several countries. I understand the importance of stakeholder management and how to conduct yourself within an intense work environment.
I would like to share my experiences mixed with a combination of the theoretical methods I learned from my MBA at Imperial College. Topics I would be focusing on would be Leadership, Motivation, Decision making and Networking.
The content I wish to share would be academic theories with application to practical work scenarios that will help motivated professionals to obtain key skills needed to improve their value within their organisation.
