About Piyush
I was a skinny kid growing up and I got bullied a lot in school because of it. It was hard to shake off the feelings of inadequacy and low self-esteem, but I tried my best to ignore the taunts and teasing.
As I got older, I realized that I needed to do something about my physical fitness in order to feel more confident in myself. So when I went to college, I made the decision to start working out and eating a healthy diet.
At first, it was tough going. I had to push myself to get through the grueling workouts and I often felt sore and exhausted. But I was determined to see it through and gradually, I started to see improvements in my strength and endurance.
As I continued to work on my fitness, I discovered that I had a real passion for it. I enjoyed the sense of accomplishment I felt after completing a tough workout and loved the way it made me feel.
As I grew stronger and more fit, I noticed that the school bullies approached me for training them. That's where my journey as a trainer started. Eventually, I decided to make personal training a side-hustle.
I also took up sports like badminton and joined local leagues, using the skills and endurance I had gained through my fitness journey.
In my spare time, I work as an IT professional, using my technical skills to help businesses run smoothly. But no matter how busy I was, I always made time for my fitness activities.
Looking back on my journey, I am grateful for the difficult times I faced as a bullied and skinny kid. They motivated me to work hard and become the strong and confident person I am today.

-Classes typically start with a warm-up to get the students.
-Followed by cardiovascular and strength training exercises.
-Ends with a cool-down and stretching session.
