About Daniella
Our world has been thrust into the unknown. Hanging , trying to keep our balance. These times are difficult, but collectively we can shift our world enormously. By coming together, uniting and trusting our place, we can cultivate a beautiful space.
Yoga is a way of life. A path that you may stumble upon. Every moment I walk on this journey, I heal myself even deeper. Reaching out into nothingness. I would be honored to practice with you and be your certified 200HR guide.

Inspiring. You will leave my yoga class feeling inspired, uplifted or any other emotion. Our focus will be pranayama and mudras during our meditation. We will then flow into a yoga practice and depending on the energy I feel with the group, we will choose yin, restorative, vinyasa or hatha yoga. After rounding out the practice in savasana, we will sit and talk about our experience taking in our connectedness and leaving with a renewed sense of hope. This is what I vision my class as being.
