About Sidar
I graduated from Yeditepe University, 2018 Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department. I received trainings on clinical pilates, therapeutic yoga, women's health, dry needling, kinesiological taping and some physiotherapy treatment techniques. Since 2018, I have been providing both clinical and online sessions for therapy and wellness in the fields of Pilates, Yoga, balance-coordination.
