About Anastasiya
I have been practising yoga for 5 years now. I have practised yoga in the USA, UK, Spain, Costa Rica and even in the Maldives with local gurus.
I hold a Baptiste Power Yoga certificate from New York. I have experience teaching in a hot yoga studio in Moscow. I gave lessons in Costa Rica and Rwanda and taught yoga to children at a summer camp in Latvia.

Hello! I am a certified power vinyasa yoga teacher. Power vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, energetic form of exercise that sculpts and tones every muscle in the body. The results are impressive because power vinyasa yoga works the whole body. My lessons will help you transform anxious thoughts into a focus on movement and breathing. I always play dynamic music in my classes, which helps to create space for movement and breathing with a rhythm.
The technique I use can work for anyone, at any age. No matter your fitness level. From beginners to people who have been practising yoga for twenty years, power vinyasa really works if you do the work. No matter what physical shape you are in, you will be able to do power vinyasa. I am very good at tailoring my classes to the needs of my students.
