My teaching method is mainly listening to other problems and finding ways to look past them and giving everyone an individual roadmap and small steps that you can take everyday to help yourself feel better and to notice self improvement. i’ll ask at the beginning of a class what your main issue is with your life and we can work out together what your limits are in helping yourself grow. it’s all about building trust and friendships x
