I'm an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. I have been teaching group fitness classes since 2017. My specialities include Dance Cardio, Hip Hop, Stretching, Strength Training, and Zumba. My music playlists will get you in the mood to burn some calories. I hope to see you in my classes!
