My calm, student-centered approach allows each learner to guide our sessions based on their style. With strong foundations in math, biology, and chemistry from Cornell University, I personalize lessons to empower students at all levels.
My approach is student-centered and rooted in creating a supportive, calm environment where students feel comfortable exploring challenging concepts. I tailor each session to fit the student’s preferred learning style, whether visual, auditory, or hands-on, which research shows can improve comprehension and retention.
Drawing from my academic experience at Cornell, I break down complex topics into manageable steps, building a strong foundation before tackling more advanced ideas. I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate, fostering their confidence and problem-solving abilities to ensure lasting understanding and academic growth.
My journey of overcoming setbacks in the traditional schooling system taught me the importance of persistence and self-belief. I’ve developed methods to unlock understanding, even when a topic feels daunting at first. I encourage my students to remind themselves of their capabilities, using focused mental exercises to help them realize that the answers often lie within. By fostering resilience and building on each small success, I aim to show them that they’re capable of mastering any concept they set their minds to.
