About Rajesh

Hello everyone!
My name is Rajesh Athanker, and I’m thrilled to be your Maths teacher this year.

A little about me: I grew up in Sarni and have always been passionate about teaching mathematics. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from MANIT, Bhopal, and I have over 6 years of teaching experience in both academic and competitive exam preparation.

I’m proud to share that I’m a CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) and MPTET (Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test) qualified educator, which has strengthened my ability to guide students effectively.

I look forward to making learning maths enjoyable, engaging, and impactful for each one of you. Let's make this year a journey of growth and success together!

About the lesson

Effective teaching involves a structured approach to ensure students understand and retain what they learn. It begins with careful lesson planning, where you outline clear objectives and gather necessary materials. The introduction should capture the students' attention, often using real-life examples or interesting questions. When explaining the concepts, break them down into smaller, manageable parts, using simple language and relatable examples. Visual aids like charts, diagrams, or multimedia help clarify complex ideas. Encourage active participation by inviting questions and involving students in problem-solving activities. Providing practice exercises helps students apply the concepts, while constructive feedback ensures that mistakes are corrected and understood. At the end of the lesson, a brief recap helps reinforce key points, and assigning meaningful homework solidifies learning. Regular assessments allow you to monitor student progress and adapt your teaching to meet their needs. This process promotes a deeper understanding and better learning outcomes for students.
