About Shuhan
Hello, my name is Jessie. I am a Visual Art tutor currently working at an international school, where I teach students studying IBDP Visual Arts. With a strong background in art and design education, I support students in developing both their creative thinking and technical skills while guiding them through the IB Visual Arts curriculum.
In my teaching, I focus on helping students build strong art-making skills, meaningful conceptual development, and well-structured Process Portfolios, Comparative Studies, and Exhibition works. I place great emphasis on idea development, visual research, artist analysis, and critical reflection, ensuring that students understand IB assessment criteria and can confidently articulate their artistic intentions.
I believe every student has a unique visual language. My role as a tutor is to help students discover and refine their personal style while achieving academic excellence in IB Visual Arts.
