Shekhar when he is training is friendly but not a friend, his style differs with each and every trainee. He identifies trainees need and designs course of action. His style of coaching different for different groups. In on sentence Simple at same time highly effective.

Having the right Mentor in the early phase (i.e) during schooling especially when the kid is in 9th or 10th matters. They have focus and they know their responsibilities very well.

Both my kids are enrolled for career assessment and shekar is their mentor. The best part is, kids have to do their research and complete their framework provided and by the end of it, what they get is clarity and focus. so shekar guides them but the home work and research part stays with the kid and when they complete the research work or assignment, they have their blue print for themselves.

This goes with my 2nd son too, I did my assessment with shekar and what comes out of this is cannot be explained. My 2nd kid is in 9th grade and the clarity and focus he is showing is amazing. I see him very responsible and taking ownership and decisions in his school life. Focus is set for them and they reflect confidence and they have clarity like a self realized man, who know his purpose. As a father, I know deep inside that i did something that matters and i am proud of it.
