About Guy
I have been helping older people use technology for many years. I am extremely patient and supportive and love to help people keep in contact with loved ones using email, Skype, WhatsApp, texts, whatever really. I am also very hot on security and the latest scams, I am DBS checked. I am very familiar with iPads, tablets, laptops, iPhones and android phones.

I first find out what my pupil wants to achieve. This can vary from wanting to use a laptop at a very basic level to, say, online banking. The classes are individually tailored to meet the requirements with clear objectives set out. Each session is an hour long.
