About Aradhana
I love teaching Yoga because of the benefits. It not only improves physical strength, but has the potential to combat illness and defeat depression and anxiey.
Yoga is extremely powerful when done the traditional way.
I'm 28 years old and have done Yoga for many years now, the improvement to my overall well-being is just phenomenal.
As someone who has faced her own struggles in life, it has certainly assisted me become the best version of myself.

I take classes in person or via zoom.
The Yoga I teach stems back to the real traditional roots of Yoga and is known to be the most beneficial.
You do not need to have done any form of Yoga before, nor do you need to be flexible. Any injuries or operations will not stop you from practising Yoga!
My classes do not only involve achieving physical fitness, but they allow you to become aware of your mental state as well.
