My name is Ash, also known as GnarlyKnees by my Roller Derby friends! I love to roller skate! So much that I even skated every day for a whole year once— check it out on Insta! If you’re new to roller skating, I’ll be your new skate buddy! I love seeing the roller skate community grow!

I’ll work at your pace, and also teach you a natural progression of tricks that you’re comfortable with. I like to push you out of your comfort zone safely to help boost your confidence on-skates. After being trained by a WFTDA roller derby league, I’ve learned tons of safe and effective training techniques to feel stable and impress on skates! And don’t worry, we’ll have a TON of fun! That’s what roller skating is about, after all!
