About Kanishraj
I am a motivated sixth-form student at Warwick School studying Biology, Physics and Maths, with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in helping younger students succeed. I am approachable, patient and able to explain challenging ideas in a simple and understandable way. Through my experience volunteering with younger students, supporting pupils at school and taking on leadership responsibilities in the CCF, I have developed strong communication, organisation and mentoring skills. I understand that every student learns differently, so I aim to create a relaxed and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and improving. I want my students to leave each lesson feeling more confident and capable than when they started.

My lessons are friendly, structured and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I focus on making difficult topics easy to understand by breaking them down into clear steps, followed by worked examples and exam-style questions. I also adapt lessons based on the student’s strengths and weaknesses, helping them build both confidence and exam technique.
Lessons are typically 1 hour long and are suitable for primary and secondary school students, including GCSE level. I have achieved strong GCSE results and have experience supporting and teaching younger students through school, cadet activities and volunteering. My aim is not simply to give students answers, but to help them understand the subject properly so they can work independently and confidently.
