About Connor
My name is Connor, and I live in Brighton, UK. I am a native English speaker.
Before my teaching life, I used to play the guitar in a band and traveled around Europe extensively. I met many new people and kept in contact with a great deal of them. This was where I found my love for teaching English.
I have helped students get through their Cambridge C2 Proficiency exam, and helped many in their conversational English in general. I am used to teaching other subjects too, like the guitar!
No matter what level you are, or what level you are trying to reach, nothing is impossible and we will get there together.

I have experience in the Cambridge exams, and we can improve your speaking, reading, listening or writing through exam practice and expansion of higher level topics such as environmentalism, global awareness, political language, nautical, aeronautical, space or any other topic which might help you in sections of the exam.
By having some pre-determined phrases to structure the speaking section has definitely proved to help my students, and analysing past papers/examples, we can help you feel more confident for the exam.
Whether you have a specific aim or want to take a more general approach, we can improve your English!
