About Tobias
With a strong background in both professional and competitive rugby, alongside extensive experience in athlete development, I am confident that my skill set can significantly contribute to your personal growth and physical performance - whether you're an aspiring athlete or simply looking to improve your fitness. My journey in sport has provided me with invaluable insight into high-performance environments. As a former academy player with Harlequins RFC, I had the opportunity to compete in A-League fixtures and refine my understanding of elite-level rugby. Additionally, my years competing in rugby 7s, touring the invitational circuit, have allowed me to develop adaptability, resilience, and strategic athletic preparation. Beyond my playing career, my professional focus has been strength and conditioning, and more recently, sports mentoring. I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals from an international footballer preparing for the World Cup, to semi-professional rugby teams, golfers, boxers, and grassroots athletes. I also support everyday clients who want to build strength, improve mobility, or simply feel more confident in their bodies. My expertise lies in optimising physical performance, fostering resilience, and helping people reach their full potential—whether in sport or in life. I’m now eager to bring all my experience and dedication to support your journey, wherever you’re starting from.

Progressive Development: Lessons build on functional movement patterns, gradually increasing intensity and complexity to ensure safe, sustainable progress. Mental Resilience Training: I incorporate mindset coaching and performance psychology techniques to help athletes thrive under pressure. Feedback-Driven Coaching: Real-time corrections, video analysis are used to refine technique and accelerate results. ️ Lesson Structure Typical Duration: Sessions last 60-75 minutes, with options for extended performance reviews or shorter technique-focused modules.
