About Eric
I am a serious high school classical pianist who has been playing for over 12 years. I have won many prizes in the state, national and international competitions and music festivals. I enjoy sharing my music with others and helping people with their piano studies. I have previous experiences tutoring my peers and I would love to work with all ages at beginner or intermediate, early advanced levels.

My teaching method focuses on seeking appreciation for the sounds and paying particular attention to our auditory feedback system in playing the piano. I also emphasize economic movements to enhance efficiency and reduce tensions and risks of getting injured in piano playing. The core of piano playing is always music-making, and I will try to teach my students to do everything in the service of music.
