About Sophia

Hi there!

I am a grade 12 bilingual high school student who loves to write and participate in plays.

But, I have other interests as well outside of school. Some of my favorite hobbies are spending time outdoors, playing guitar, crocheting and taking care of my pet lizards.

About the lesson

Hello!

If you are in elementary school or high school, I would love to help you with your English homework, brush up on creative writing and oral communication.

Through conversations, bouncing off ideas and brainstorming together, I can help you come up with ideas for creative writing and gaining confidence for public speaking.

I have been writing short stories in my spare time for the past 6 years, and I understand. Sometimes it’s hard to come up with ideas or sometimes the idea is there but it’s hard to develop into an actual story. That’s why I’m here to help!

If public speaking isn’t your thing, I can help! I have participated in multiple school musicals, have joined the improv team at my school and thrive during oral presentations in class. I can give you tips on public speaking and help practice giving presentations to your class.

Even if you’re good at creative writing or public speaking, I’m sure you could still sometimes use the help for homework. I’d always be happy to help out with just some homework.
