About Rishav
I am a Mathematics student at the University of Warwick. But I am also a linguist who loves learning languages; I know Spanish, English, Bengali, Hindi, and Chinese. I have been tutoring students in various subjects for the last 2 years, including English, Spanish, and Maths. I have obtained a 7 in IB Spanish, which is equivalent to a B2 certificate in Spanish; I can speak fluently. Last year, 2 of my secondary school students used to score grades of about 40-50% but slowly improved, and towards the end of the year, consistently started receiving grades of 70-80%.

I am flexible with my time. As a linguist who loves learning new languages, I will be able to empathise with students about the struggles of learning a new language but also be able to identify their passion for new languages. As a very social, outgoing individual, I really feel and understand the need to communicate. Thus, my lessons are always aimed to improve communication in a particular language. My lessons are never targeted to improve grades; they mainly focus on improving the skill in a language. - Tell me about your qualifications. I received a 7 in Spanish for my Spanish IB boards and I received an A* in IGCSE Spanish. In Spanish, I received the "Student of the Year" in Grade 10, 11, and 12. - How much do you charge? 12 per hour - Where do you teach? I am only teaching online - When are you available? Any time, I am a university student so I will be able to be flexible and find time for your lesson.

Between August and September of 2022, I taught Mathematics alongside Rishav on a six-week, voluntary placement in Gauteng, South Africa.
He is gifted at the art of mathematical exposition, and has been tutoring the subject in a personal capacity for over two years. He is an extremely intelligent and capable teacher, and never ceases to form empathic connections with his learners.
Furthermore, he is proficient across a range of learning modalities, both digital and classroom-oriented.Rishav and I both study Mathematics at the University of Warwick.
