About Danielle

My greatest aim is to provide students with a space to feel safe and secure in order to create a learning journey that suits their own style and enables them to take ownership of the choices they make for themselves.

About the lesson

I provide a space, external to their home environment, where students can explore self-directed learning opportunities at a pace that is suited to them.

The session would be for an hour, however there is no expectation for the student to utilise all of this if they do not feel ready to do so.

I am a qualified teacher with my main experience gained through supporting students with a PDA profile, with further training in Speech and Language support, Makaton and developing and implementing programmes to support young people with their OT and sensory needs in order to regulate physically and emotionally.

The space and sessions can be tailored to meet the needs of a range of ages, from pre-school to adolescence.
